Being scared to ask questions is an illness more rampant than the common cold.

I LOVE it when I see experienced pro’s ask the dumbest questions. It’s a sign of confidence.

Halfway through client CPQ workshops one day given by a vendor, I asked the room, “who here knows what CPQ stands for”, 2 people put up their hands out of 15… we’d spent 3 hours talking about CPQ already.

And you know what ends up happening…… you get found out. If you hide these questions, it gets found out.

Ask ALL the dumb questions. Be that person!
